Once your order is delivered if there are any potsmissing unfortunately there is is nothing we can do
We do not give refunds. You cannot cancel your order once items have been dispatched.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods (Nicotine pods) cannot be returned.
If goods are received damaged we hold the right to ask for proof via a photo or via returning of products prior to issuing a replacement or refund. Should proof or a return not be provided Nicopods UK will not issue a replacement nor refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your order is delivered if there are any pots missing unfortunately there is nothing we can do once the package is opened, we would suggest you feel the package to make sure the right number of pots are in the package.
When you shop online you have the right to a “cooling-off” period of 14 calendar days in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller. Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.
